| Bear Creek Quilting Company began when our owner, Shari, started quilting. She was admittedly intimidated by quilt shops as a new quilter. She also wasn't able to find the quilting supplies she needed without traveling to multiple locations. And, she often found the quality of products available were inconsistent. Shari wanted to fill the void and create a robust resource for quilters. She set out to bring fellow hobbyists high-quality quilting products at a fair price. In 2010, Bear Creek Quilting Company was founded as an online business, with only a few bolts of fabric and a couple fat quarter bundles. Since then, Shari has grown the business to be one of the leading online resource centers for quilters in the United States. Bear Creek Quilting Company is a family owned and operated business to this day, now with many talented staff to assist with the day-to-day operations. |

| Shari Shobe is a passionate creator, born and raised in the Pacific Northwest. Her love of nature and wildlife inspires her creativity both personally and professionally. Shari has become an industry expert and a trend setter inspiring quilters around the world. She has designed and published patterns, written articles and sewn too many quilts and projects to count. Additionally she works with a multitude of other types of crafts. When Shari is away from her quilt shop, she can be found creating in her sewing studio, enjoying outdoor gardening and bird watching. |

| Sourcing Fabrics From Around The World Throughout the years, Bear Creek Quilting Company has made connections worldwide with fabric designers and manufacturers, building relationships and collaborating to bring our customers quality products we can stand behind. Shari is often part of the thought process for our exclusive products from start to finish, working alongside vendors to predict what quilters will want and collaborating with makers to fulfill those orders. |

| Our Retail Location and Showroom In 2019, we opened our retail location in Lebanon, Oregon. Our goal was to allow customers to meet our Customer Service Specialist, access speciality items not sold in our online store and provide Local Pickup of orders. In the same building, we do everything from processing online orders, managing our warehouse and operating our Maching Quilting Long Arm Service. |

| Machine Quilting Long Arm Service As Bear Creek Quilting Company continued to grow, we listened to the needs of our customers. We heard that quilters wanted a Long Arm Service they could trust. We responded by purchasing two Long Arm Quilting Machines, making the service available to customers nationwide. When you send your quilt to us, we handle it with extreme care. When we are done, we ship it back with the layers stitched together in a beautiful machine quilting design. Together, we complete your creation with love. |

| Ordering and Shipping: Everything on our website is in stock, unless the item states it is a Pre-Order. Buy as much as you want - we have flat rate shipping fees. We process and ship fast, so expect your order quickly. (Unless of course we are having an amazing special that increases our order volume. Then we appreciate your understanding that processing may take a few extra days.) We email a shipping notice with every order shipped so you can track your package to your doorstep. We never substitute products and you will never have to wait for a back-order. We respect your privacy. No credit card data is retained, and we never sell or share your personal contact information. |
